How much does it cost?

We've created three payment packages to suit your needs and goals:

The Bronze ASSIST Plan

For those who have already established protocols and procedures and just need help for a few hours a week to keep their desk (or desktop) and mind clear. Great for testing the virtual assistance waters. May include:

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing and deposits
  • Updating CMS website (e.g. Wordpress, Joomla, Blogger, etc)
  • Proofreading and word processing
  • Social media updates
  • Distribution of promotional material
  • Digital reception

Work done during regular office hours. Typically 10-20 hours per month. $700 / month

 

 

The Silver ADMINISTRATE Plan

For those who want to make some updates and changes and need an experienced administrator to manage aspects of their business, so they can focus on other things. Includes the ASSIST Plan and may also include:

  • Social network profile setup and maintenance (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, etc)
  • Calendar management and daily itinerary service
  • CMS website creation, management and maintenance
  • Moderate customization of websites and promotional material
  • eCommerce and PayPal management
  • Email accounts management

  • Customer service management
  • Contact database maintenance
  • Online profile and directory management and maintenance

Work can include after-hours critical response. $1325 / month

 

 

The Gold ADVANCE Plan

For those who need a team member who will immerse themselves in the unique needs of your business, and will be fully able to handle several of them for you - anticipating challenges and addressing them before they become concerns. Includes the ADMINISTRATE Plan and may also include:

  • Development, management and maintenance of custom website(s) and custom web applications

  • Custom database development, management, and maintenance

  • Desktop publishing
  • Audio and video editing
  • Promotions and marketing management
